Support for investors

The investor going through the necessary administrative and legal procedures of the investment process is assisted by the appointed staff of the Office, dealing with, among others, spatial planning, technical infrastructure, permits, etc., who provide comprehensive help and advice at every stage of the project.

Municipal Office provides care and assistance for the investor during the various stages of starting and investing in the community, support in access to information about the economic environment of investments and guarantees commitment and professionalism during administrative procedures and investment and advisory services during the investment process. We also support investors’ care pro-investment.

We offer assistance in finding employees and dealing with individual schools.

Regional Incentives:

Entrepreneurs investing in Special Economic Zones can obtain public aid for the costs of new investment or the creation of new jobs, in the form of income tax relief or tax. Incentives domestic:

Government grants are awarded under the Programme to support investments of high importance to the Polish economy in the years 2011 – 2020 adopted by the Council of Ministers on 5 July 2011. http://www.paiz.gov.pl/strefa_inwestora/grant_rzadowy

Support is granted in the form of grants on the basis of a bilateral agreement concluded between the Minister of Economy and the investor. The agreement regulates in detail the conditions for the payment of subsidies while maintaining the principle that a subsidy is paid in proportion to the degree of fulfillment of obligations.

Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone INVEST-PARK

Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone INVEST-PARK occupies an area of ​​2920 hectares and consists of 44 sub-zones, of which twenty-eight are located in the province of Lower Silesia, seven located in Opole province, one in Lubuskie, and eight in the region of Great Poland – Krotoszyn, Srem, Leszno, Wrzesnia, Kościan, Jarocin, Kalisz and Rawicz.

Lodz Special Economic Zone

Lodz Special Economic Zone covers an area of ​​1,302 hectares in three provinces: Lodz, Mazovia and Wielkopolska. It consists of 45 sub situated include in Wielkopolska: Ostrzeszów, Przykonie and Turku.

Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone

Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone is located in the western part of the Poland and it covers 1,747 hectares of its area, it consists of 31 sub-zones, located in three provinces: Lubuskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Great Poland – m.in .: Poznan, Chodzież, Swarzedz, New Tomyśl and Buk.

Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency

Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency helps investors to enter the Polish market and make the best use of the existing possibilities on it. It guides investors through all the necessary administrative and legal procedures encountered during the implementation of the project and also supports companies that already work. PAIiIZ offers quick access to comprehensive information on the economic and legal environment of investment, assistance in finding suitable partners and suppliers, as well as locations. PAIiIZ’s mission is also to create a positive image of Poland in the world and to promote Polish products and services.

Polish Agency for Enterprise Development

Polish Agency for Enterprise Development is a government agency reporting to the Minister of Economy. It manages funds from the state budget and the European Union for the support of entrepreneurship and innovation and human resources development. The Agency’s mission is to create favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the Polish economy by supporting innovation and international activity of businesses and promotion of environmentally friendly forms of production and consumption. The objective of the Agency is the implementation of economic development programs supporting innovation and research of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), regional development, an increase of exports, the development of human resources and the use of new technologies. In the financial perspective of 2014-2020, PARP is responsible for the implementation of activities under three operational programs: Intelligent Development, Knowledge Education Development and Eastern Poland.

 Investor Assistance Centre

Investor Assistance Centre operating at the Association of Municipalities and Districts of Wielkopolska was established in 2002. The primary objective of IAC is to exert real influence on the economic development of Wielkopolska, promoting the region as an attractive place for investment and encouraging foreign investors to allocate their resources in Wielkopolska.

Tasks of COI for foreign investors:

  • Preparing answers to inquiries ,
  • Finding the offer to meet the needs of the investor .
  • Helping with getting any information about the region , municipalities,
  • Arranging meetings with local decision-makers .
  • Providing consulting services in the field of required permits in Poland ,
  • Mediating in talks with the authorities ,
  • Helping finding local partners in the following areas: construction , maintenance , services and suppliers.
