The investor going through the necessary administrative and legal procedures of the investment process is assisted by the appointed staff of the Office, dealing with, among others, spatial planning, technical infrastructure, permits, etc., who provide comprehensive help and advice at every stage of the project.
Municipal Office provides care and assistance for the investor during the various stages of starting and investing in the community, support in access to information about the economic environment of investments and guarantees commitment and professionalism during administrative procedures and investment and advisory services during the investment process. We also support investors’ care pro-investment.

Support is granted in the form of grants on the basis of a bilateral agreement concluded between the Minister of Economy and the investor. The agreement regulates in detail the conditions for the payment of subsidies while maintaining the principle that a subsidy is paid in proportion to the degree of fulfillment of obligations.

Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone INVEST-PARK occupies an area of 2920 hectares and consists of 44 sub-zones, of which twenty-eight are located in the province of Lower Silesia, seven located in Opole province, one in Lubuskie, and eight in the region of Great Poland – Krotoszyn, Srem, Leszno, Wrzesnia, Kościan, Jarocin, Kalisz and Rawicz.
Lodz Special Economic Zone covers an area of 1,302 hectares in three provinces: Lodz, Mazovia and Wielkopolska. It consists of 45 sub situated include in Wielkopolska: Ostrzeszów, Przykonie and Turku.
Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone is located in the western part of the Poland and it covers 1,747 hectares of its area, it consists of 31 sub-zones, located in three provinces: Lubuskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Great Poland – m.in .: Poznan, Chodzież, Swarzedz, New Tomyśl and Buk.

Polish Agency for Enterprise Development is a government agency reporting to the Minister of Economy. It manages funds from the state budget and the European Union for the support of entrepreneurship and innovation and human resources development. Investor Assistance Centre operating at the Association of Municipalities and Districts of Wielkopolska was established in 2002. The primary objective of IAC is to exert real influence on the economic development of Wielkopolska, promoting the region as an attractive place for investment and encouraging foreign investors to allocate their resources in Wielkopolska.
